My address/order is incorrect, can you help?

Hey, we all make mistakes.  It happens.  If you've placed your order with us and you meant to choose a different color, style, or size, please email us at info@rumpl.com ASAP and include URGENT in the subject line. Please include the Rumpl.com order number and the email address associated with the purchase in your message.

If your address is incorrect, please email us at info@rumpl.com ASAP and include URGENT in the subject line. Please include the Rumpl.com order number and the email address associated with the purchase in your message. Please make sure to include the new address you would like the order to be shipped to.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@rumpl.com ASAP so we can cancel it and reimburse you before it ships out! 

Note: Our customer support hours are 8 AM - 4 PM PST from Monday to Friday and we typically respond within 2 hours.
