When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Shortly after you make a purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped from our warehouse. If you don't receive the confirmation email, chances are that you inputed your email incorrectly!
We try our best to get orders that are purchased before 10 AM PST shipped out the same day, but depending on a few factors, it might take until the next day business day to be shipped.
Note: We are currently unable to ship orders over the weekend. Orders placed after Friday at 10 AM PST and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
If you haven't heard from us 2 days after you've placed your order, please reach out to us by clicking the "Submit a Request" link at the bottom of this page or in the upper right corner and we’ll get back to you, or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our customer support hours are 8 AM - 4 PM PST from Monday to Friday and we typically respond within 2 hours.
