Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

If you have not seen any scans on your tracking or it has been more than 5 business days since the last scan, please reach out to our support team at info@rumpl.com. Our normal support hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am - 4 pm PST and we typically respond within 2 hours. 


Note: With any carrier, especially during busy shipping times (e.g. holiday season), it is possible that a scan was missed. If you think that this might be the case, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim and follow up with us at info@rumpl.com.
