Examples, Rules, and Scenarios for a Full Refund or Not

Can I return my blanket for a full refund if... 

  • I hate it
  • It shows up damaged
  • It was a gift and I don't want it
  • I changed my mind after opening it

  • I slept in it for a full weekend camping and I don't feel like keeping it

The answer to the above questions is: no.  We gotta draw the line somewhere, so please use your best judgment when reaching out about refunds.  We understand that stuff happens, but we do stand by our products and our policies!   

If you purchased your blanket from someone other than rumpl.com, you need to initiate the return with that company!  Of course, let us know if you have any questions at info@rumpl.com.
