I can't access my account

If you are having trouble accessing your account, please reach out to us at info@rumpl.com. Please include the email you account is associated with.

Our customer support hours are 8 AM - 4 PM PST from Monday to Friday and we typically respond within 2 hours.

Note for Canadian Customers:

The website Rumpl.ca was rolled out for all of our Canadian customers and supporters, but it functions as a separate website, meaning you will need to create a new customer account on Rumpl.ca. If you are a Blanket Fort Rewards member, we are more than happy to create a discount for you based on the points you have earned.

Please email cs@rumpl.ca and they will be able to help you with your new account and discount!
