I can't/forgot to redeem my points

Hey, we all make mistakes.  It happens.  If you've placed your order with us and meant to redeem Blanket Fort Rewards points on your purchase, please email us at info@rumpl.com ASAP and include URGENT in the subject line. Please include the Rumpl.com order number and the email address associated with the purchase in your message.

If you have not made a purchase yet and are trying to redeem your points, please check out our How to redeem points page. If you are still having problems, email us at info@rumpl.com with the email associated with your Blanket Fort Rewards account.

Note: Our customer support hours are 8 AM - 4 PM PST from Monday to Friday and we typically respond within 2 hours.
