Why is there a charge on Returns?Updated 2 months ago
To keep our prices the same amidst the current economic shift, we recently updated our return policy to include a minimum $10 charge (some return options may cost more) for returns for refund to help cover costs for the return label and warehouse processing. Returns for refunds over $500 will be charged for 50% of the return label cost. The amount is deducted from your refund amount; there is no additional charge to your card. We do, however, still offer free exchanges and/or for store credit! If you run into any issues setting up your return through our returns portal.
