Refunds

We are happy to offer returns for orders placed on Rumpl.com (exceptions listed below) within 60 days of delivery. Click the ‘Returns’ button above to start your return for refund.  Use our returns portal and enter your order number and email, phone, or zip code. Have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Returns for refund will include a $15 return fee that will be deducted from your refund.

International orders or orders for final sale items are ineligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds to different payment methods at this time. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of being received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item and place a new order for the item of your preference. If you are worried about the new item selling out, we highly recommend that you return your item(s) and place a new order on our website at the same time. This will ensure that you get the correct product quickly, and you will receive a full refund for the return within two weeks of it being received at our warehouse.
