Refunds
We are happy to offer returns for orders placed on Rumpl.com within 60 days of delivery. Click the 'Returns' button above to start your return. Use our returns portal, have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or as store credit. Returns for refund to the original payment will include a $15 return fee deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Not all orders are eligible for return.
Please review the exceptions below before starting a return.
What's NOT eligible for return:
- Final sale items — all final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Final sale items are noted on an items product page.
- MyRumpl orders — all MyRumpl orders are final sale and are not eligible for return
- International orders — international orders are not eligible for return at this time.
Please note we are not able to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit separate return requests and use the correct shipping label for each.
Please allow 7–14 days for your return to be processed after it is received at our warehouse— we'll send you a refund notification once complete! After our process is complete your bank typically takes 3-5 business days to process the funds on their end.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item and place a new order for your preferred item. If you're concerned about the item selling out, we recommend returning and reordering at the same time — you'll receive a full refund within two weeks of your return being received at our warehouse. If you are processing an exchange please reach out to Rumpl customer service to wave your return fee. We will wave your fee once we see the new order enter our system.
