We stand by the high level of quality in our products. If something is our fault, we will take care of it, plain and simple. Rumpl warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Rumpl reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from Rumpl.com or warranty registration (must be registered within 30 days of purchase and before use of the product) to be covered. If a product is deemed defective, Rumpl will replace the item at no cost to you. (NOT COVERED: Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, fire damage, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.)
