We stand by the high level of quality in our products. If something is our fault, we will take care of it, plain and simple. Starting with orders placed June 18, 2025, Rumpl warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Orders placed before then will still be covered under our previous 1 year policy. Rumpl reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from Rumpl.com or warranty registration (must be registered within 30 days of purchase and before use of the product) to be covered. If a product is deemed defective, Rumpl will replace the item at no cost to you. (NOT COVERED: Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, fire damage, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.)
