When will my orders ship and how do I track it?Updated 10 months ago

Order are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.

To have an order shipped overnight, please place your order before 10 AM PST for the best chance at same day shipping. Typically anything ordered after that time will be shipped overnight the following business day. During busy times of the year (like holiday season and memorial day) same day shipping is not guaranteed on orders. Unfortunately Rumpl is not able to offer weekend shipping at this time. Orders placed after 10AM PST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
