Why is there a charge on Returns?Updated a minute ago

To keep our prices the same amidst the current economic shift, we recently updated our return policy to include a $15 return fee for returns for refund to help cover costs for the return label and warehouse processing. The amount is deducted from your refund amount; there is no additional charge to your card. We do, however, still offer free returns for store credit and on all warranty claims! If you run into any issues setting up your return through our returns portal, please contact our support team using the information below.
